Instituto Flexi is an educational initiative by Flexi, a renowned Mexican footwear brand with a global presence. The institute serves as a platform for career development, offering workshops, courses, and classes to Flexi employees to enhance their skills for future professional growth.

To convey the institute's association with the parent company, the logo design features the word "Institute" in neutral, lowercase letters with the red color, which is a prominent element in Flexi's branding. The logo also incorporates a smooth, organic merger of the F and I, creating an iconic representation of academic activities. The color scheme comprises institutional red, orange to suggest innovation, and blue to convey strength and seriousness.
